Records, access, and retention

LienLoom uses a secure, access-controlled workflow for pilot records and communicates through written channels. Access to an applicant workspace is provided through its specific secure link.

Keep workspace links and project records within your authorized project team. Do not send sensitive records through the public readiness-review form; use the secure document path provided after review.

We retain workflow information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the requested review, support the related audit trail, and address access or operational questions. Retention needs can vary by engagement and applicable obligations.

We do not claim a particular security certification or guarantee that every issue will be detected. If you need help with access, a submitted record, or a support concern, contact us in writing.
